DAYS YOGA WORKSHOP ON POST COVID CARE organized by the department of Physical Education. The Chancellor of the University Mr. Ashok Gupta motivated the participants and encouraged them to participate in workshop and get the benefits of this event.  The Shrawan Kumar Khatri Demonstrated different Yoga Asana and also told that how people control and balance the breathing system. 50 Participants attended the workshop.
