Objective: 

 Objectives of the Course: This course will enable students to

· Objectify their concept for future development in their profession.

· Increase the quest to understand the importance of subject in relation to physical education and sports. · Develop good foundation of knowledge through research course that will make students confident while delivering the knowledge of physical education.

· Lay foundation of knowledge for further research work for proper growth in profession.

 (Theory)

The students will be able to:

CO 102. Enable students to develop their own understanding of scientific training plans for developing various components of fitness for better performance in future

 CO 103: Apply knowledge of models and concepts of disability and chronic illness to education, employment, rehabilitation, and healthcare services.

CO 104:  Develop a method of approaching competitions with the help of objectified plan based on scientific process

CO 105:  Develop new theory and principles for scientific training

 CO 106 : Contribute effectively in course specific interaction.

Approach in teaching:

Interactive Lectures, Discussion, Reading assignments, Demonstration, Team  teaching
