Objective: 

 The course will enable the students to improve personal fitness through participation in Yoga Muscular strength and Muscular Endurance activities, develop triple transformation (Psychic, Spiritual and Super mental) and Transformation  of lower nature (Physical, Vital and Mental), provide a sense of calm that comes from the practice exercises and the practice of breath control and Physical wellness consist of recognizing the need for Physical activity, healthy foods and sleep, as well as preventing illness and injury or managing, chronic health conditions.
