Objective: 

This Course will enable the students to identify the fundamentals concept, importance and principles of human body training related to sports performance, knowledge about the growth and development of human body, investigate the impact of physical education and sports in promoting social values among youth, sports psychology plays a vital role in enhancing the performance of sports person.
